Childbirth Education Classes

Come to a 3 hours interactive childbirth education class to learn all about childbirth, advocacy, laboring positions, and more! We want to help you feel prepared and excited for childbirth. These classes are offered for free to the community due to a grant funded imitative.

Breastfeeding Classes

Come to an interactive 3 hours class to learn all about breastfeeding and bottle feeding techniques and information to empower you and your partner for a successful infant feeding journey! This class is free of charge due to a grant funded initiative.

This class is taught by a lactation consultant, Elizabeth Ferrall (IBCLC) of Fruitful Lactation and Nutrition Consulting.

Informed Parents Childbirth Education Classes

The interactive and engaging 4 classes series are taught monthly by childbirth educators! The classes are hybrid - first 3 Classes are taught over ZOOM and the last one is taught in-person (Location Vary).

The classes are $249. There are two scholarship spots per cohort for those who need sliding scale or have Medicaid.
