The benefits of prenatal yoga include better sleep during pregnancy, increased flexibility and range of motion, support for good fetal alignment for birth, pelvic floor strengthening, decreased joint and muscle complaints, and increased strength.
Most prenatal yoga teacher do private in-home classes and some also teach in-studio.
